What happens when you make a request
The “Contact us” link uses the standard mailto: protocol and opens the email application on your device. Your message is sent directly to PharmaAtlas through the email service you choose and does not pass through this website’s server.
Information needed initially
The medicine name, strength and destination country are sufficient for the initial response. Do not include a diagnosis, medical history, passport details or other patient information.
Documents
Do not attach prescriptions, passports or medical documents to your first email. If documents are required, a representative should first explain the purpose, legal basis and retention period and provide a suitable secure transfer channel.
